Destroy covid 19

The goal of the game is to destroy covid 19 and get the highest score you can possibly get and its my first game but telling me what i could have done better would still be helpful.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   controls: left arrow to go left, right arrow to go right, space bar to shoot you could also use a and d to move left and right.
